Comfy Hub Stays – Airport Transfer Terms & Conditions

Before proceeding to book and pay for an airport transfer service, guests must accept the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Service Overview

  • Airport transfers are provided by a third-party partner arranged through Comfy Hub Stays for the convenience of our guests.
  • The service details, including pick-up location, time, and vehicle type, will be confirmed upon booking.

2. Registration & Record-Keeping

  • To express interest or register for an airport transfer, every guest staying at Comfy Hub Stays must complete this Jetform.
  • Completing the Jetform allows both Comfy Hub Stays and our affiliated transport company to maintain an accurate record of who used the airport transfer service, including the date and time of use.
  • These records assist with smooth business administration and also help protect guests—should any issue arise that requires tracing or verification, we will be able to support you efficiently.
  • Submission of the Jetform does not constitute a confirmed booking until payment has been completed via the booking website.
  • All information provided must be accurate and up to date.

3. Booking & Payment

  • Once you have completed and submitted the Jetform, you must click the provided link that will redirect you to our booking website.
  • Payment for the airport transfer service must be made through the booking website to confirm your reservation.
  • No booking is confirmed until payment is received in full.
  • Prices are clearly displayed before payment and are subject to change based on availability or provider rates.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up are non-refundable.
  • If the transfer service is canceled by the provider due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are responsible for providing accurate pick-up and drop-off details in the booking form.
  • Please ensure you are ready at the designated pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Delays caused by incorrect information or guest lateness may result in additional charges or missed transfers, which are not refundable.

6. Liability

  • Comfy Hub Stays acts only as an intermediary and is not liable for any delays, accidents, loss, or damage incurred during the transfer.
  • The transfer provider’s own terms and insurance policies will apply once the service is in progress.

7. Changes to Bookings

  • Any changes to booking details (e.g., flight time, pick-up/drop-off location) must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance and may be subject to availability or extra charges.

8. Conduct

  • Guests are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Any damage or misconduct may result in additional charges and/or refusal of service.

9. Acceptance of Terms

  • By proceeding to read about airport transfers, completing the booking form, and/or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
